"With Clean Hands" is a spontaneous song created by Opie and Anthony with Patrice Oneal filling in for Jim Norton. The song began as part of the Top 10 Country Songs bit, when the three tried to determine what the Billy Currington song "Must Be Doing Something Right" was about. They figured it was about a man making his woman happy, which led to the idea that he washes his hands before fingering her. Eventually, they began coming up with verses to a song about the guy doing stuff to his chick with his clean hands.
