Bill, AKA Crazy Bill or Wild Bill, was a crazy intern for the Opie and Anthony show. Bill has often done outrageous things for the show and created a number of show promos, including the infamous one where he interacts with Steve C. The promo was meant to show how crazy Bill was, but instead it showed what a horrendous actor Steve was.
