What's the Happs?

"What's the Happs?" is a Sam bit where Sam goes up to people on the street (usually waiting on line for some dumb product to come out) and asks them questions. It was soon overtaken in popularity by Jimmy's "What's the Apps?" bit where he discusses applications available for his iPhone.
