Twatto is the genital wart living on Sandy Kane's crotch. It is claimed to look like a small ear. It has been determined that it was attatched to Sandy's most private area by what appeared to be a stem. When Robert Kelly was in studio, it made him puke. Twice.

The name "Twatto" is a play on "Kuato," the mutant from the movie Total Recall who was attached to George's midsection.
