Top 10 Country Songs is an Opie and Anthony bit done with Patrice Oneal, where the three of them look at the top 10 country music songs in the nation and try to determine what each song is about based solely on their titles, since none of them are country music experts. For example, the song "She Let Herself Go" by George Strait was about a woman enjoying herself after a breakup, whereas O&A thought the song was about a woman who let herself get fat and unattractive. Patrice is usually very good at this bit, compared to O&A.
Anthony usually says the names of the male country artists sound like characters Arnold Schwarzenegger plays. Names like Dierks Bentley and Keith Urban when they are on the list are usually said with a thick Austrian accent.
The bit also led to the three coming up with the song "With Clean Hands".
