Stalker Patti (real name Patti Brooks) is a 50+ year-old virgin who appears on the show frequently. Abandoned by her mother as a baby, she was sent to a foundlings home and eventually lived with an elderly religious couple along with her brother. Earned the nickname "Stalker" because of her obsession with Opie. She was such a mess that she was living under the stairs at WNEW for a time, but has since turned her life around. She's now a responsible human being and is contributing to society, and she's even got a place of her own.

She had her head shaved for the show and ended up wearing a wig, which led to Opie's immortal line "Take the wig".

Patti once went on Maury Povich's show for a makeover. It didn't last.

She's been told she has the body of an ant.

She had a good job at Godiva Chocolates but was fired for no good reason by a new manager. She currently works at Starbucks Coffee.

On the June 25, 2008 show, she revealed that when she was 15, her foster father would use the bathroom "to shave" while she was bathing in the tub. and would refer to her as a "little girl". She also talked about how she had to sleep with her foster father when they went on a trip. O&A brought in a hypnotist on July 11 to try and find out more, but that proved to be a waste of time, so they ended up fucking with her under hypnosis. On October 3, 2008 she acted out her trauma on air when she had her first quasi-consensual sexual experience. She was penetrated by two men (Jim Norton and Dennis Hof).
