Spuds Buckley

Spuds Buckley was an on-air character performed by Opie during his stint in Buffalo. There was a lot of curiousity on the part of Anthony and the entire Opie and Anthony fanbase on this topic, but Opie swore that no tape existed of Spuds Buckley in action.
At one point, E-Rock was unknowingly in possession of a picture of Opie as Spuds Buckley, but Opie got to it first and got rid of it.
Eventually Opie relented, and pictures of Spuds made it to FoundryMusic.com in 2008. He also announced that he would finally bring in tape of Spuds Buckley. On March 6th of that year, listeners (and a horrified Anthony) got to hear Spuds Buckley audio for the first time - Opie, in a SpongeBob SquarePants-esque voice, going "Lalalalalala! Good morning, Bearman!" On March 10th we heard Spuds saying "Fudgy Wudgy bars" as he was an ice cream vendor during a parade.
Opie has said he wants to go back in time and ass-rape Spuds.
Opie admitted that he cried in the parking lot of a club that Spuds Buckley was supposed to be the entertainment at. He said to himself, "I can't do this", and didn't go inside. He was almost fired by the general manager of the station, but was saved after Opie cried and told the GM not to fire him. He was given a raise after the incident in the GM's office. Opie says that Spuds never returned.
