"Some of the Greatest Treats of All Time" or just "The Greatest Treats of All Time" is a common phrase used on the show. It came about when Opie and Anthony saw a picture of Sam's dad, and noted his old timey, curled mustache. Sam explained that his dad is into all kinds of old timey things including odd, old timey food, particularly Sardine and onion sandwiches, Buttermilk and Raw Potato which he eats every Sunday. The bbboys not believing anyone would eat such crap got Sam's dad on the phone, who defended his snack choices and called them "some of the greatest treats of all time." The phrase caught on.

On the next show O&A promoted a bit called "Some of the Greatest Treats of All Time" in which E-Rock had to drink buttermilk, and eat sardine and raw potato. The Buttermilk and sardines made E-Rock gag and then throw up. He said the raw potato was a welcome treat after the first two.

In May 2009, while wait for an important call-in Opie wasted time by starting a new version of Greastest Treats, where someone must name their favorite Food, Drink and Music.
