Smooth Jazzy Jim is a Jim Norton character created on November 18, 2008. The character is an imitation of a typical Smooth Jazz radio DJ, but sounds a lot like Paul Mooney. Steven S from Bayshore referred to him as Smooth Jazzy Shim. He was also referred to as Smooth Jizzy Jim.
