Roy Den Hollander is a lawyer who was involved in a lawsuit against a women's studies program, saying it discriminated against men. O&A got him on the air to confront him about his suit, and he ended up being verbally trashed by Jimmy Norton. He then decided to sue Jimmy.

The case was dismissed February 6th, 2009 due to "Upon the foregoing papers, it is ordered that this motion is derived as moot. Plaintiff's reply affirmation concedes the motion is moot."
