"Pendulum" is a song recorded by Steve C's old rock group Foundry, which appears on their one and only album What Kills Me. Steve himself wrote the music and lyrics, and the song is notable for its awfulness. It has lousy mixing (where Steve's vocals are way in the back of the mix), and musically, it sounds like every other song Foundry recorded. The song is constantly made fun of by Opie and Anthony.

In October, 2008, O&A held a contest for listeners to come up with their own versions of "Pendulum". Entries included straight up covers, as well as new wave and hip-hop versions.
