Pat from Moonachie, real name Pat Philbin (1963- ), is an Opie and Anthony fan and one of the regular friends of the show. He lives in Moonachie, NJ and operates a delivery service named Philbin Transport. He originally showed up at the first Cherry Darts game on XM to try and win a MyFi, eventually coming in second place. His claim to fame is that he was the winner of the first annual Eggnog Drinking Contest on December 17, 2004. He claimed victory by sucking back 70 double shots of eggnog (That's 140oz - a full gallon + 12oz). Jon, the second place contestant, blew out with 35 shots. Pat's self-induced vomiting clip is still occasionally played on the show. In addition, Pat's jokes during the contest were so awful and memorable, Anthony actually car crashed him over 20 times during the conversation. He has since become known for his awful humor and the car crashes he receives for it (though his jokes are often so lame and cheesy that they end up being funnier than the good jokes).
As of 2007, his 15 minutes of fame (or should that be 9 toes of fame... Hrrmp hrrr ummmph hmmm) are over. He has stopped calling into the show (or Opie stopped taking his calls), but Pat still has the occasional Instant Feedback. He still attends events and supports Jim Norton.

- Only has 9 toes due to diabetes.
- Has an odd laugh, which Anthony can impersonate flawlessly: "Hrrmp hrrr ummmph hmmm".
- At one time there was a forum named after him on Wackbag.com, "Threads from Moonachie", where shitty threads went to die.
- Had a female listener worship his 9-toed foot AND make out with him to win a MyFi during the St. Patrick's Day, 2005 live broadcast at the Hard Rock Cafe.
- He came in twelfth place out of sixteen contestants in the 2005 Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Competition.
- He lives in a mess of a trailer, which was the subject of an O&A Cribs bit.
