Niban

Niban was an Opie and Anthony bit where O&A tried to figure out what the number two news story of the day was ("niban" is Japanese for "number two"). It was a spoof of a Ron and Fez bit called Ichiban (Japanese for "number one"), where they determine the number one story of the day. The Niban bit was followed by O&A doing a takeoff of Ron and Fez's show, completely confusing Jimmy, who had to be told what the hell O&A were doing.
