Mars is the XM tech guy who usually has to fix the shitty studio equipment. He has since become known for not being able to pronounce words properly - even as he's reading them. On October 8, 2009, he competed with Rich Vos to see who could pronounce the most names incorrectly.

On January 8, 2010 Mars revealed his dream of becoming a hair stylist.

On the October 4th, 2011 edition of the After O&A Live show, After years of tension behind the scenes, Mars and Danny blow up at each other. The fight continued into the hallway after the show which was seen by Fez from Ron and Fez. The next day, while the boys were listening to clips of the fight, Danny came in to explain how the fight started. This lead to another fight between him and Mars. During the fight, Danny explained how Mars thought a standard definition picture looked good even though it didn't. It was during this that Danny quoted and made famous "Damn! That's a good picture!". This has since become frequently quoted by hosts and fans. You can easily use this in everyday life. Example, "Damn! That's a good shirt!" or "Damn! That's a good show!".
