The Mad Mexican is a DJ on XM channel 92, Aguila. He sometimes dropped in on The Opie and Anthony Show when O&A would broadcast from XM's studios in Washington, DC. During one appearance, he gave O&A an autographed picture of himself with his dog Chicago... which Opie proceeded to rip up.
