Live from the Compound is the name of a video webcast Anthony does from the basement of his Long Island home. The title comes from the nickname for Anthony's house: "The Compound." The show is broadcast on USTREAM.com (formerly he used Livestream/Mogulus.com), where live shows as well as archived "reruns" can be viewed. As Anthony began the show he would mention stories from the broadcast on the next Opie and Anthony Show. Anthony began adding further production value and sprucing up the show. He even did a 12 hour broadcast just to see if he could.

Early on the bosses at Sirius XM decided that the webcast may be a breach of Anthony's exclusive contract and the show was put on ice for a while. However, on May 22, 2009 as Opie spoke on the phone to Dane Cook he said that the bosses were beginning to "see things their way" about Anthony's show. Anthony himself was not in the studio at the time as he was stuck at home with the green apple splatters and no details about the shows state were given.

Since then, Anthony quietly returned to Livestream to broadcast new shows. Anthony is apparently able to keep doing the show as long as he does not overtly advertise its identity, name or website during O&A shows. When Anthony now brings up stories of Live From the Compound during Opie & Anthony shows he simply refers to it as something along the lines of "that thing I do at home."

By the second half of 2010 Anthony's SiriusXM bosses again had a problem with his home show and the show was not broadcast on Live Stream from many months. On O&A shows during December 2010 and January 2011 Anthony mentioned that he would be able to do from Live from the Compound show if he put a SiriusXM logo somewhere in the show.
