Lily was the female intern for The Ron and Fez Show that everybody lusted after. Opie and Anthony were looking to bring her to their show in a superstar trade with R&F. Lily left Ron and Fez on October 10, 2008 to pursue a new career with a station in Rochester; the crew sent her off by playing "Butterfly" by Mariah Carey instead of the usual "Satellite of Love". They also allowed Lily to end the show with Psycho Mark's three words "Your Mom's Box".
