Joe DeRosa is a comedian and friend of The Opie and Anthony Show. He also appeared on Bill Burr's Saturday Night Virus show Uninformed.

During an appearance on the O&A show, Bob Kelly claimed Joe did not want Jim Norton in a short film he was making. DeRosa called into the show on January 28, 2010 to respond to the angry tweets he received, and to pass the buck on to Bob that it was his idea to not include Jimmy. Joe also likes trannies. This was proven on an episode of Bob Kelly's podcast. He was confronted on it by the boys on November 10th, 2011.

Joe's body is often the brunt of jokes. His lack of shoulders is bashed the most. Bill Burr describes Joe's body as that of Tinman from The Wizard of Oz.

On January 30th, 2012, Joe spoke about how New York winter depresses him into suicidal thoughts. He hates that the snow ruins travel plans and friends coming over, and due to the lack of sun, he stays inside all day. Bill Burr joined the conversation and bashed him by saying, "What's wrong, Joe? Sun don't shine in your world?"

On the same January 30th, 2012 show, Joe was forced to do 20 pushups for three hundred dollars from Doctor Steve, Bill Burr and Opie. He did it no problem to everyone's disbelief. It was called a ripoff, but Opie paid anyway even though he tried to give him eighty bucks. Opie tried to make bets that he could do 60 pushups, but Joe didn't take them because he was nervous. They continued to say Joe's pushups weren't official and that Joe should give the money back. Opie put blackmail on the table by saying he'd put the video of the pushups up if he didn't pay. Joe told Steve to keep his cash, and after a long discussion, told Bill to keep the money and gave Opie back his. In the end, he was given the hundred.
