Hudson

Hudson Frederick Hughes (May 9, 2010 - ) is the son of Opie and Lynsi. Opie explained his name on May 17, 2010 (his first day back on the show after the birth) - Hudson comes from the Hudson River, which Opie and Lynsi live close to, and Frederick is his father's name. Opie explained how Jackson was considered as a name, but because of Michael Jackson's death the year before, he felt too many people would name their kids Jackson.

On May 20, 2010, Ian Halperin predicted that Hudson Hughes will be batting cleanup for the New York Mets in 2031.

On March 19th, 2012, Opie talked about his vacation from the week before. One of the stories was about how he picked up his son while in the pool to which little Hudson had explosive diarrhea. As Opie says, only a little got in the pool. The liquid poo was never reported. Hudson was taken to the ocean and cleaned up. Then, was taken back where Opie and Hudson enjoyed a nice, relaxing day in a shitty pool....literally.
