Gay Marco was a regular guest on The Opie and Anthony Show during their WNEW days. He was a regular caller and occasionally came in studio for different contests. Marco's best known appearance on the show is when he had to "eat pussy" for 'N Sync tickets. Jay Mohr also got Marco to participate in on-air gay phone sex. It is unknown what happened to Gay Marco, though apparently (and surprisingly) he did not die of AIDS.
