Edgar Mellencamp is a character that Jim Norton does to annoy his girlfriend, and unveiled on the show on April 14, 2010. The character is known for having perpetually dry teeth and criticizing certain women for being of "lower stock."

Edgar has a brother, Eugene. He talks the same as Edgar, but in more of a southern accent and tells people to get God in their life.
