E-Rocktober

E-Rocktober was a month-long celebration of goofing on E-Rock (as opposed to the other 11 months of goofing on E-Rock) in October, 2007. The month included reading lame bits from E-Rock's website (What the F?!?), airing E-Rock's old radio broadcasts ("I love the garlic butter sau..."), and E-Rock doing Dance Friday with Jill Nicolini (October 26). The month ended with E-Rock getting into a fight with his fiancée over an in-studio appearance by Justine Joli.

The bit was a spoof of lame radio stations who refer to October as "Rocktober". After the success of E-Rocktober, there were suggestions that it be followed by Povember, De-Sam-ber, Thanuary, and Fe-brew-ary (for drunk Danny). Unfortunately, attempts to have a Povember fizzled out, and the bit was not attempted for the other show staff members.

In 2008, O&A brought back E-Rocktober but cancelled it after October 1, in favor of Jocktober, a month of goofing on lame radio shows.
