Doctor Steve, a friend of both Opie and Anthony's and Ron and Fez's shows, is a certified medical doctor; on the air, he has performed prostate exams on both Pat Duffy and Roland. He also hosts his own Saturday Night Virus show, Weird Medicine. O&A often goof on his homemade wine, which Jim Norton once described being made by Steve wringing out his ass hairs.
