Dickie Goodman

Dickie Goodman was a shitty novelty recording artist during the 50s through the 80s. He would take excerpts from current pop songs and insert them as answers in a fake interview conducted by Goodman (these were known as "break-in" records). Thankfully, he had enough sense to end it all in 1989 by shooting himself.
Back in 2005, Opie and Anthony goofed on Goodman, and had listeners send in their own Dickie Goodman bits (even Brother Joe sent in an entry). While most of these were awful, some did make O&A laugh. On September 16, 2009, O&A tried reviving the bit, by asking Club Soda Kenny to do a Dickie Goodman recording. They also asked listeners to send in their own recordings again when they were reminded they did this bit years ago.
