A decoupage is a shitty arts and crafts project. A decoupage featuring pictures of breasts, blowjobs, and other debauchery was given to Jim Norton as a gift, which he opened on May 27, 2008 and immediately goofed on how awful it was. Being Jimmy, he turned the thing into Radio Gold and continued goofing on it for the rest of the show, even giving it a voice and turning it into a show character.
