Line from a KKK speech, footage of which was used in the movie "Mississippi Burning" IMDB Listing. Jim Norton often imitated the speech on the show (although he misunderstood the last part as "MONGREL race"). Recently Opie and Anthony got the clip and now repeat the line during show segments (often replacing "Class of People" with phrases more appropriate to whatever bit they're doing).
