Celine Dion is a popular singer who is often a target of jokes on The Opie and Anthony Show. She is usually goofed on for performing the song "My Heart Will Go On" in the movie Titanic, and for her appearance on Larry King's show after Hurricane Katrina, where she suggested that looters should be allowed to touch expensive items they were stealing, since they can't afford to own them, and that someone should take a kayak and rescue people trapped in their flooded homes.
