Anthony's brother, known for his role in Rotgut and overusing the Patty Duke Theme. Back when Opie was on WBAB, Brother Joe approached him and handed him Anthony's "Gonna 'Lectric Shock O.J." song parody, which eventually led to Anthony's becoming Opie's radio partner.

Brother Joe is also known for his tribute bands, specifically, for Journey and U2. His U2 band "2U" is currently touring the world, and has become a massive success. In addition, he has contributed many song parodies to the show.
