"Bravo Sierra" is another way to say "BS" or bullshit. It was said in an article bashing O&A by Todd "Hardcock" Hargosh, because he's a 31 year old jizzbag who wanted to be a famous video game reviewer, but will come up dry for the rest of his life until he dies alone and forgotten.
"Bravo Sierra" also applies to Tucker Max and his impressive array of bullshit stories.
