Black Earl

Black Earl, AKA Earl Douglass, is the former executive producer (resigned 01/16/2009) for The Ron and Fez Show on XM202.
Although Earl is a Black American, he got his nickname during his tenure at WNEW because of his choice of attire; every single piece of clothing including accessories, has to be BLACK.
